本溪市2269名居民健康技能中介效应分析

Mediating Effect on Health Behaviors among 2269 Residents in Benxi City

目的研究健康技能在基本健康知识和健康行为之间的中介效应,为制订医疗卫生服务政策和措施提供科学依据。方法采用分层多阶段随机抽样方法,随机抽取本溪市5个监测区(县)的15~69岁常住人口进行问卷调查。结果本溪市居民健康知识总知晓率为65.2%,不同性别、文化程度、年龄、职业、家庭年收入、是否患有慢性病的居民健康知识知晓率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中介效应模型分析结果可见,居民健康技能的中介效应为0.128(0.106,0.151),中介效应具有统计学意义(P<0.001),间接效应占总效应的比例为23.88%,直接效应占总效应的比例为76.31%。结论应将重视居民健康知识水平的提高与重视健康技能的培养并驾齐驱,以期形成良好的健康行为,最终提升居民整体健康水平。

OBJECTIVE To study the mediating effect of health skills between basic health knowledge and health behaviors,and to provide scientific basis for formulating medical and health service policies and measures.METHODS Stratified multi-stage random sampling method was adopted to randomly select the permanent resident population aged 15~69 years from 5 monitoring areas(counties)in Benxi City for questionnaire survey.RESULTS The total health knowledge awareness rate of residents in Benxi was 65.2%,and there were statistically significant differences in health knowledge awareness rates among residents with different gender,education level,age,occupation,annual family income and whether they had chronic diseases(P<0.05).The mediating effect model analysis results showed that the mediating effect of health skills was 0.128(0.106,0.151),the mediating effect was statistically significant(P<0.001),the indirect effect accounted for 23.88%of the total effect,and the direct effect accounted for 76.31%of the total effect.CONCLUSION It was necessary to attach importance to the improvement of residents’health knowledge level and the cultivation of health skills,so as to form good health behaviors and finally improve the overall health level of residents.
