沙丁胺醇联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果及不良反应的观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect and Adverse Reactions of Salbutamol Combined with Montelukast in the Treatment of Asthma in Children

目的探讨分析沙丁胺醇联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果及不良反应。方法选取2018年7月—2019年7月我院接收的74例哮喘患儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各37例,对照组给予沙丁胺醇治疗,观察组给予沙丁胺醇联合孟鲁司特治疗。结果治疗后两组细胞因子水平及免疫功能指标水平均较治疗前有所变化,治疗后观察组血清IL-5含量低于对照组(P<0.05),IL-12含量高于对照组(P<0.05),血清IgA、IgM含量高于对照组(P<0.05),IgE含量低于对照组(P<0.05),FEV1、FVC及FEV1/FVC指标水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各项临床症状体征消退时间及住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组咳嗽、呼吸困难及胸闷评分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组不良反应发生率为10.81%,低于对照组的27.02%(P<0.05)。结论沙丁胺醇联合孟鲁司特可显著降低哮喘患儿的炎症因子水平,提高免疫力,降低不良反应,临床效果显著,有利于促进恢复,具有临床推广应用价值。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effects and adverse reactions of salbutamol combined with montelukast in the treatment of pediatric asthma among.METHODS 74 children with asthma received in target hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(n=37)and control group(n=37).The control group was treated with salbutamol,while the observation group was treated by salbutamol combined with montelukast.RESULTS After treatment,the content of serum IL-5 and IL-12 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the content of serum IgA,IgM in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the level of FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC in the observation group was higher than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The regression time and hospitalization time of clinical symptoms and signs in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of cough,dyspnea and chest tightness in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.81%lower than the control group 27.02%(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Salbutamol combined with montelukast can significantly reduce the level of inflammatory factors,improve immunity and reduce adverse reactions in children with asthma.With good clinical application value,the clinical effect was significant,which was beneficial to promote recovery.
