砂性地层盾构切刀磨损预测模型研究 被引量:2

摘要 由于砂性地层中石英等磨蚀性矿物含量高,导致掘进过程中刀盘扭矩过大,掘进速度缓慢,甚至被迫开舱换刀,严重影响工程的安全和经济。目前预测刀具磨损量的方法大多基于工程经验或者半经验半理论,刀具磨损理论研究满足不了实际工程的需要。针对砂性地层粘聚力低、流动性差的特点,基于切刀受力模型、磨损体积模型和切刀运动规律推导出切刀磨损质量预测模型,并对有关参数进行分析。结论有助于为实际工程中刀具磨损的防控措施的制定提供有益借鉴. Due to the high content of abrasive minerals such as quartz in the sandy formation,the cutter head torque is too large,the excavation speed is slow during the excavation process,and even forces to open the cabin to change the tool,which seriously affects the safety and economy of the project.At present,the tool wear is mostly predicted based on empirical or semi-empirical formulas,and the tool wear theory research has been laid behind actual engineering.In view of the engineering characteristics of low cohesion and poor fluidity in sandy formations,this paper derived a model for predicting the actual wear quality of the cutter based on the cutter force model,wear volume model and cutter motion law.This subject also conducted further research and analysis of various factors in the model.The method in this paper is helpful to provide reference for the prevention and control measures of cutter wear in practical engineering.
