基于发电机组功率输出限制下的钢轨现场闪光焊工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 钢轨现场闪光焊需要大功率发电机组供电,随着发电机组使用年限的延长,发动机输出功率会不断下降,在通风不佳的地铁和国铁长大隧道里功率下降就更加明显,这会严重影响钢轨焊接接头质量,为此,通过对国内大量采用的钢轨脉动闪光工艺的分析和基于该种工艺条件下发电机组输出功率下降对焊接接头质量影响的原因分析,提出了功率输出降低变化状态下保证焊接接头质量的新工艺方法,并通过调试获得了满足铁标TB/T 1632-2014的焊接工艺,采用该工艺的地铁钢轨现场焊接表明:现场焊接烟尘大大降低,焊接接头质量满足铁标质量要求。 The flash welding on the rail site needs the power supply of high-power generator set.With the extension of the service life of generator set,the output power of engine will continue to decline,especially in the subway and long tunnel of national railway with poor ventilation,which will seriously affect the quality of rail welding joint,therefore,through the analysis of rail pulsating flash technology which is widely used in China and the reason analysis of the influence of generator unit output power drop on the quality of welded joint based on this technology,a new process method is put forward to ensure the quality of welding joint under the condition of power output decreasing and changing,and the welding process meeting the railway standard TB/T 1632-2014 is obtained through debugging.The field welding of metro rail with this technology shows that the fume of field welding is greatly reduced and the quality of welding joint meets the quality requirements of railway standard.
