高含铁大比重土质对泥浆配比的影响

摘要 钻孔灌注桩施工技术是一种常用的桩基施工工艺,但是由于土体本身力学性能以及化学组成成分的复杂性,使得施工实际情况往往具有多变性和复杂性。本文结合攀枝花金沙江大桥1号墩、2号墩桩基施工中遇到的工程实际情况,开展了高含铁大比重土质对泥浆配比的影响研究,总结分析了实际施工中的泥浆配制原则以及工程实际情况对泥浆配比的影响,通过合理调整泥浆配比并采用配套施工工艺,解决了土质含铁量高的情况下桩基清孔的难题。 Bored pile construction technology is a common pile foundation construction technology.However,due to the complexity of mechanical properties and chemical composition of soil,the actual construction situation is often changeable and complex.In this paper,combined with the actual engineering situation encountered in the pile foundation construction of No.1 and No.2 of Jinsha River Bridge in Panzhihua,the influence of high iron content and high specific gravity soil on the mud ratio was studied.According to the principle of mud preparation and the influence of the actual situation of the project on the mud ratio,the problem of pile foundation hole cleaning under the condition of high iron content in soil was solved by reasonably adjusting the slurry ratio and adopting the matching construction technology.
