摘要 为研究科隆蛋扣件的力学特性对减振效果的影响,分别测量科隆蛋扣件和普通扣件的跨中轨底加速度和位移,从时、频域角度分析科隆蛋扣件的减振效果,同时利用有限元软件建立科隆蛋扣件的模型,分析在不同的位移情况下,科隆蛋扣件的应力集中现象。结果表明,科隆蛋扣件的减振效果比普通扣件要好,但当其投入使用时,会存在应力集中现象,导致扣件稳定性降低,为避免扣件发生断裂,经计算,建议后拱内侧与铁座支座距离d不宜小于2 mm,同时在今后加强扣件此处的养护和维修以及改进此处的设计。 In order to study the influence of the mechanical properties of Cologne egg fasteners on the vibration reduction effect,the acceleration and displacement of the mid-rail bottom of Cologne egg fasteners and ordinary fasteners were measured separately,and the reduction of Cologne egg fasteners was analyzed from the time and frequency domain.At the same time,the finite element software was used to establish the model of the Cologne egg fastener,and the stress concentration phenomenon of the Cologne egg fastener under different displacements was analyzed.The results show that the Cologne egg fastener has better vibration damping effect than the ordinary fastener,but when it is put into use,there will be stress concentration,which will reduce the stability of the fastener.To avoid the fastener from breaking,it is recommended to calculate the distance d between the inner side of the back arch and the iron seat support should not be less than 2 mm,and at the same time strengthen the maintenance and repair of the fastener here and improve the design here.
