摘要 贵州省夹岩水利枢纽工程的控制性工程兰香沟管桥地处V型山谷,两岸地势陡峻,进场道路极为不便,塔吊布设及标准节连接都走过弯路,导致中途停工研究,反复探索最终形成了采用阴端和阳端销接的连接方式解决了拱架的快速连接。本着总结施工经验,快速高效的组织施工,减少质量通病,确保施工安全,本文结合施工过程对主拱圈施工技术,拱桥塔革布设、钢拱架拼装、拱圈浇筑及拱架拆除等施工方案、难点进行分析总结,以利于同类工程及广大同行借鉴推广。 The Lanxianggou Pipeline Bridge,which is in the control project of Jiayan Water Conservancy Pivot Project in Guizhou,is located in a V-shaped valley.The steep terrain on both sides makes the approach road very inconvenient.The layout of tower crane and the connection of standard section all go through the detours,leading to a stop-work in the middle of the study and repeated exploration,and finally resulting in the adoption of the connection mode of Yin end and Yang end pin connection to solve the quick connection of the arch frame.With the purpose of summarizing construction experience,organizing construction quickly and efficiently,reducing common quality problems,and ensuring construction safety,this paper analyzed and summarized the construction schemes and difficulties of the main arch ring construction technology,arch bridge crane layout,steel arch frame assembly,arch ring pouring and arch frame demolition in combination with the construction process,so as to facilitate reference and promotion for similar projects and the majority of peers.
