上海市开展“健康促进医院”标准化试点的思考与建议

健康促进医院(HPH)的概念被世界卫生组织提出以来,受到了业界的普遍认可与推崇本文在回顾HPH发展历程和建设HPH必要性的基础上,立足我国部分地区和医院关于建设HPH的探索实践,从标准化视角切入,在组织架构、制度设计两个维度上提出了HPH标准化试点的建议,还从组织管理、健康环境、健康教育和建设效果等方面探讨了HPH的评价标准设计思路。

Since the concept of Health Promotion Hospital(HPH)was proposed by the World Health Organization,it has been generally recognized and respected by the industry.Based on the reviews of the development history of HPH and the necessity of building HPH,as well as the exploration and practice of HPH in some regions and hospitals in China,the paper puts forward the HPH standardization pilot proposal from the perspective of standardization,and discusses the evaluation standard of HPH from the aspects of organization management,health environment,health education and construction effect design.
