小儿止泻安颗粒联合复方丁香开胃贴在腹泻病患儿治疗中的可行性及安全性

Study on the Feasibility and Safety of Xiaoer Zhixie Granules Combined with Compound Dingxiang Kaiwei Paste in the Treatment of Child Patients with Diarrhea

目的探讨小儿止泻安颗粒联合复方丁香开胃贴治疗腹泻病患儿的可行性及安全性。方法选取2016年8月至2018年8月揭阳市榕城区中心医院收治的122例腹泻病患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组61例。对照组患儿应用复方丁香开胃贴治疗,观察组患儿在对照组基础上口服小儿止泻安颗粒治疗,比较两组患儿治疗有效率、临床症状消失时间、便检正常时间、住院时间、实验室指标以及不良反应。结果观察组患儿治疗有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿腹泻、呕吐、发热消失时间以及便检正常时间、住院时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平明显降低,白细胞计数(WBC)、D-木糖水平明显升高,且观察组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间两组患儿未出现明显不良反应。结论小儿止泻安颗粒联合复方丁香开胃贴可有效缓解患儿临床症状及体征,抑制机体炎症反应,疗效显著,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the feasibility and safety of Xiaoer Zhixie’an Granules combined with compound Dingxiang Kaiwei Paste in the treatment of child patients with diarrhea. Methods From August 2016 to August 2018, a total of a hundred and twenty-two cases of child patients with diarrhea admitted to Rongcheng Central Hospital of Jieyang were selected as the research object, and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with sixty-one cases in each group. Patients in the control group was treated with compound Dingxiang Kaiwei Paste, and patients in observation group were treated with Xiaoer Zhixie’an Granules orally plus compound Dingxiang Kaiwei Paste. The effective rate of treatment, disappearence time of clinical symptoms, normal time for stool examination, and the length of hospitalization, and the laboratory indexes, and adverse reactions before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups of patients. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Child patients with diarrhea, vomiting and fever disappearing time and fecal examination normal time, length of hospitalization in the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05);compared with those before treatment, IL-6, Tumor Necrosis Factor-α(TNF-α) significantly decreased after treatment, the white blood cell count(WBC), D-xylose content increased significantly, and the observation group was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Xiaoer Zhixie’an Granule combined with compound Dingxiang Kaiwei Paste can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and signs of child patients with diarrhea, and inhibit the body inflammatory response, with significant efficacy and comparatively higher safety.
