The next 15 years will be a crucial period for China’s basic modernization.To basically achieve the overall national modernization and the modernization of China’s governance system and capacity in future 15 years will undoubtedly face many difficulties,risks and challenges.With a view to basically achieving the overall goal of modernizing China’s governance system and capacity in the next 15 years,we need to focus on improving the institutions that are essential for moving towards high-income and developed economies.We will improve the system of innovation and creation that ranks among the leading innovation-oriented countries,the system of equalizing basic public services and the system of ensuring people’s well-being in both urban and rural areas,as well as the system of a high-standard market economy governed by the rule of law,the system of emergency management and social governance,the democratic centralism of party ruling,and the system of absorbing public opinion.
