湖北省49家医院2 250名护理人员的病房护理成本控制知信行现状及影响因素分析

Current status and influencing factors of ward nursing cost control knowledge,attitudes and practice among 2250 nurses from 49 hospitals in Hubei Province

目的调查湖北省护理人员对病房护理成本控制知识、态度及行为现状,并探讨其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2019年7—9月湖北省49家医院2 298名护理人员为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表和护理人员对病房护理成本控制知信行调查问卷对其进行调查,采用多重线性回归分析进行影响因素分析。结果共发放问卷2 298份,回收有效问卷2 250份,有效回收率为97.91%。2 250名湖北省护理人员病房护理成本控制知信行问卷总分为[123(108,144)]分,其中知识维度得分为[27(21,40)]分,态度维度得分为[49(48,58)]分,行为维度得分为[45(38,52)]分。单因素分析结果显示不同年龄、工作年限、教育程度、职称、岗位及是否参加过护理成本管理培训的护理人员病房护理成本控制知信行水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);多重线性回归分析结果显示影响护理人员对病房护理成本控制知信行水平的因素包括管理岗和参加护理成本管理培训(P<0.05)。结论湖北省护理人员对病房护理成本控制态度较好,而知识和行为水平有待提高。应加强对其进行相关理论知识的培训,从而提高护理人员对病房护理成本控制的知识水平和行为质量。

Objective To investigate the current status of knowledge,attitudes and practice of nursing staff in Hubei Province on ward nursing cost control,and explore its influencing factors.Methods From July to September 2019,convenience sampling was used to select 2298 nurses from 49 hospitals in Hubei Province as the research object.All nurses were investigated with the General Information Questionnaire and the Knowledge,Attitudes and Practice of Ward Nursing Cost Control Questionnaire for Nursing Staff.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to influencing factors.Results A total of 2298 questionnaires were distributed,and 2250 valid questionnaires were returned with the effective response rate of 97.91%.Among 2250 nursing staff of Hubei Province,the total score of the Knowledge,Attitudes and Practice of Ward Nursing Cost Control Questionnaire for Nursing Staff was[123(108,144)],of which the knowledge dimension score was[27(21,40)],and the attitude dimension score was[49(48,58)],the practice dimension score was[45(38,52)].The results of single factor analysis showed that the differences in knowledge,attitudes and practice of ward nursing cost control of nursing staff with different ages,working years,education level,title,position and whether they had participated in nursing cost management training were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of knowledge,attitudes and practice of nursing staff on ward nursing cost control included management posts and participation in nursing cost management training with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing staff in Hubei Province have a good attitude towards ward nursing cost control,but their knowledge and practice levels need to be improved.The training of relevant theoretical knowledge should be strengthened,so as to improve the knowledge level and practice quality of nursing staff on ward nursing cost control.
