对天水农村电商助力乡村产业振兴的思考

电商发展与乡村振兴是紧密关联的两大涉农战略。电商发展实现了农产品线上线下融合,是一种先进的生产经营方式,为天水农村经济注入了新活力;乡村振兴的总要求是产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕,其中产业振兴是基础与关键。天水农村电商之于乡村产业振兴,存在助力培育新型农业经营主体力度较弱、助力加工提升农产品速度较为缓慢、助力打造农产品名优品牌高度不够、助力农产品溯源机制还不十分健全等问题。天水农村电商应充分利用利用网络直播、大数据等先进工具,积极培育家庭农场、专业合作社等现代经营主体,按照规模化、标准化、定制化、产业化要求,积极宣传、销售富有比较优势的天水特色名优农产品,促进天水乡村产业全面振兴。

E-commerce development and rural revitalization are two closely related agricultural strategies.The development of e-commerce has realized the integration of online and offline agricultural products,which is an advanced mode of production and operation,and has injected new vitality into the rural economy of Tianshui.The overall requirements for rural revitalization are prosperous industry,livable ecology,civilized countryside style,effective governance and prosperous life,among which industrial revitalization is the foundation and key.For the revitalization of rural industry,Tianshui rural e-commerce has some problems,such as weak efforts to help cultivate new agricultural operators,slow speed to help process and improve agricultural products,insufficient efforts to build famous and excellent agricultural products brands,and imperfect traceability mechanism to help agricultural products.Tianshui rural e-commerce should make full use of the live,big data and other advanced tools,vigorously develop the modern management main body in terms of family farm and professional cooperatives,in accordance with requirements of the scale,standardization,customization and industrialization,positively propagandize and sale the comparative advantages of rich Tianshui characteristic famous agricultural products,so as to promote the comprehensive revitalization of Tianshui rural industry.
