援藏干部血清蛋白水平变化的影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors on serum protein levels of Tibet-assisted cadres

目的探讨援藏干部血清蛋白水平变化的影响因素,为援藏干部的健康监护提供基础数据资料。方法选取2013—2018年在华东疗养院体检的援藏干部共394名(男性346名,女性48名)为研究对象,统计分析其基线信息以及体检报告结果。通过建立血清总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白与援藏干部体检报告各变量之间的线性回归模型,统计各变量在模型中的回归系数及其统计学检验的显著性水平,研究血清蛋白水平与各变量的线性关系。结果在所有变量中,援藏年限在总蛋白、白蛋白以及球蛋白3个回归模型中均具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05),即在其他变量固定不变的情况下,援藏3 a及以上,援藏年限每增加1 a,总蛋白水平增加3.036个单位,白蛋白水平增加1.537个单位,球蛋白水平增加1.499个单位。在球蛋白的回归模型中,吸烟变量具有显著的统计学意义(β=-0.876,P<0.05)。结论援藏干部援藏3 a及以上,血清蛋白水平均呈现不断增高的趋势;吸烟可引起球蛋白的降低,应注意饮食,改变吸烟等不良的生活方式,提高自身免疫力,降低相关疾病发生的风险。

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of serum protein level changes of Tibet assisted cadres,provide data for the health monitoring of Tibet-assisted cadres.Methods A total of 394 Tibet-assisted cadres(346 males and 48 females)who came to Huadong Sanatorium for physical examination from 2013 to2018 were selected as the research subjects,and their baseline information and the results of the physical examination report were statistically analyzed.A linear regression model was established between serum total protein,albumin,globulin and the various variables.Analyze the regression coefficients of each variable in the modle and significance level,study the linear relationship between serum protein level and various variables.Results Among all the variables,the duration of Tibet-assisted was significantly statistically significant in the three regression models of total protein,albumin,and globulin(P<0.05).That is,when other variables were fixed,Tibet-assisted cadres that have been assisting Tibet for 3 years or more,the total protein level increased by 3.036 units,the albumin level increased by 1.537 units,and the globulin level increased by 1.499 units.In addition,in the globulin regression model,the smoking variable had significant statistical significance(β=-0.876,P<0.05).Conclusion Serum protein levels of Tibet assisted cadres for 3 years or more have shown an increasing trend in serum protein levels,Tibet assisted cadres for 3 years or more have shown an increasing trend in serum protein levels,smoking can cause a decrease in globulin.Pay attention to diet,reduce the lifestyle of poor smoking,improve autoimmunity,and reduce the risk of related diseases.
