摘要 为进一步研究自主研发的325Ah单体钠硫电池(型号为DEC-2A)的电学性能以及安全性能,分别使用Maccor和Arbin充放电测试仪对DEC-2A钠硫电池进行了电学性能测试。结果表明:在电学性能方面,DEC-2A钠硫电池连续600次充放电循环后,电池容量无明显衰减;电池内阻随充放电循环次数先减小,随后经过一段平稳区,最后缓慢增加;电池能量效率与内阻的变化呈负相关。在安全性能方面,电池Beta氧化铝陶瓷管经高压脉冲击穿后,外壳保持完好,外部无化学物质泄漏,表明DEC-2A钠硫电池安全性能良好。综上所述,自主研发的DEC-2A钠硫电池具有良好电学性能和安全性能。 To better understand the performance on both electricity and safty of the DEC-2A 325Ah sodium-sulfur battery,the DEC-2A sodium-sulfur battery was studied by Maccor and Arbin battery tester,respectively.After 600 continuous charge and discharge cycles,there was no significant attenuation in the battery capacity.Moreover,the internal resistance of DEC-2A decreased with the number of cycles at beginning and then increased slowly,and the energy efficiency was negatively correlated along with internal resistance.The outer shell of DEC-2A remained intact when the Beta alumina ceramic tube was broken by the high-voltage pulse.No chemical leakage was found because of the intact outer shell of DEC-2A.In summary,the DEC-2A sodium-sulfur cell showed high-quality performance on electricity and safety.
