堆内构件制造多项目管理探究

摘要 鉴于各种核电技术路线同时在行业内发展,制造厂需要同时生产各种机型的堆内构件。在业主对交货期均有严格要求的背景下,堆内构件制造厂需要具备多项目、多技术路线同时进行生产的能力。本文通过对各种堆型堆内构件的结构、工艺和进度计划进行分析,首先从生产的角度提出按生产线进行生产组织的模式,给出了资源调配原则;然后从管理的角度,对堆内构件制造过程中的多项目管理方法提出了建议。 As various nuclear power technology routes are developing in the industry at the same time,manufacturing plants need to manufacture various types of reactor internals.Under the background of the great development of nuclear power,the reactor internals manufacturing plant needs to have the ability of simultaneous production of multiple projects and multiple technical routes.Based on the analysis of the structure,process and schedule of various reactor internals,the mode of production organization according to the production line is put forward from the production point of view,and the principle of resource allocation is given;then the multi project management method in the manufacturing process of reactor internals is proposed from the management angle.
