摘要
稳压器是核电站的关键设备之一,其安全性和工作性能关系到一回路压力控制和超压保护。稳压器的加热器元件套管与连接件焊缝薄弱,其质量直接关系到一回路冷却剂系统的完整性。采用射线检测的方式可有效发现焊缝内部缺陷,结合稳压器加热器元件套管与连接件焊缝结构和工位环境情况,通过对射线检测技术应用研究,开发出快速、准确和有效的加热器元件套管与连接件焊缝射线检测技术。
Pressurizer is one of the key equipment in nuclear power plant,its safety and performance is related to nuclear pressure control and overpressure protection.The heater sleeve to heater welds of pressurizer is very thin;its quality is directly related to the integrity of the primary coolant system.The radiograph examination can detect the internal defects of welds effective,considering of the weld structure and weld position,with research of the radiograph examination technique application,a quickly,accurately and effectively radiograph examination technique is developed for the heater sleeve to heater welds.
