碟簧加载装置在水电站中孔检修闸门中的应用

摘要 在水电工程中,为了减小高水头检修闸门的启闭力,通常闸门的主支承型式采用滑道和定轮相结合的设计理念[1]。对于检修闸门中定轮装置采用扭力轴预加载设计方案的不足,提出了采用碟簧代替扭力轴的预加载方法,该方案在埃塞俄比亚GIBEIII水电站中孔检修闸门中得到成功应用,为今后高水头检修闸门的设计提供了新的思路和方法。 In hydropower projects,in order to reduce the opening and closing force of the high-water head access gate,the main support type of the gate usually adopts the design concept of combining the slide and the fixed wheel[1].For the insufficient design scheme of the fixed wheel in the maintenance gate using the torque shaft,the pre-loading method of replacing the torque shaft with reed is proposed,which is successfully applied in the hole access gate of the GIBEIII hydroelectric power station in Ethiopia,and provides a new idea and method for the design of the high water head access gate in the future.
