摘要
以山西新石煤焦化项目为工程背景,对该项目中煤塔工程的高大模板支撑架进行了设计,并对施工过程中模板支撑架及31 m跨、10 m跨煤塔剪力墙的受力情况进行了监测,采用数值软件ABAQUS对施工过程进行了模拟。施工中以一次浇筑4 m高混凝土剪力墙为一个过程,随着施工的持续进行,模板支撑架立杆分担的轴力比例逐渐降低,墙体本身承担的荷载越来越大,当第三个施工过程中,模板支撑架立杆分担的轴力为假想值的14%~40%,均值为22%。数值模拟结果与实测结果总体吻合程度较好。基于数值模型,分析了模板支撑架的理论拆除时间,当混凝土剪力墙浇筑至6.5 m高时,理论上模板支撑架就可以拆除,重复使用。
Taking Xinshi coal coking project in Shanxi Province as background,the high support formworksystem of coal tower in this project was designed,and the force condition of the formwork system,as well as thecoal tower shear wall with 31 m span and 10 m span,were monitored during construction process. And theconstruction processes of the shear walls were simulated by the numerical software ABAQUS.Pouring concreteat one time for 4 m high concrete shear wall is taken as a process.With the continuous construction process,theproportion of axial force shared by the formwork support pole is gradually reduced,and the load shared by theshear wall itself is gradually increased. During the third construction process,the axial force shared by theformwork support pole is about 14%-40% of the assumed value,and the average value is 22%.On the whole,the simulated results agreed well with the measured results. Based on the numerical model,the theoreticalremoval time of the formwork support frame was analyzed.When the concrete shear wall is poured to 6.5 mhigh,the formwork support frame can be removed and reused in theory.
