高职学生就业压力与职业认同问卷编制与信效度分析 被引量:1

摘要 文章以高职学生为研究对象,对其就业压力与职业认同进行问卷编制与信效度分析,正式测试采用整群抽样方式,在安徽省8所高职院校抽取已经定岗实习的二、三年级学生进行调查、研究。采用验证性因素、探索性因素分析,编制就业压力与职业认同问卷,并进行有效测量。研究表明,学生总就业压力及职业认同水平为中等偏上,该问卷信效度较高。 In this study,the vocational college students are taken as the research object,and their employment pressure and vocational identity are analyzed by questionnaire,reliability and validity,in Anhui Province,8 higher vocational colleges have been selected to set the post of internship sophomore,junior survey,research.Using confirmatory factor analysis and exploratory factor analysis,the employment pressure and occupational identity questionnaire was developed and measured effectively.The results show that the students total employment pressure and occupational identity level are above average,and the reliability of the questionnaire is high.
