摘要
耳鸣作为耳科临床常见的疾病之一,极大地困扰了患者的生活。随着计算技术的的发展,基于活体的脑科学研究呈现快速增长的趋势,许多技术在基础研究和临床方面已得到应用,关于耳鸣中枢机制的研究目前主要集中在脑电、功能核磁等领域。脑电作为一种经济、无创且具有高时间分辨率的研究工具目前被广泛应用于脑功能相关研究中。本文主要从耳鸣相关脑电特征、基于脑电的耳鸣相关因素研究以及基于脑电的耳鸣治疗策略几个方面阐述脑电在耳鸣发生发展机制的研究中的应用,为进一步探寻其在耳鸣诊断和治疗中的可能意义与价值提供指导。
Tinnitus,as one of the common diseases in clinical otology,can greatly impact the life of patients.With the advance of computing technology,research on the brain in living subjects has shown a trend of rapid growth,with technologies increasingly being applied in basic research and clinical practice.At present,research on central mechanisms of tinnitus mainly focuses on EEG and fMRI.EEG,as an economic and non-invasive research tool with high temporal resolution,is widely used in researches related to brain function.This paper mainly expounds the application of EEG in studying mechanisms of tinnitus development including tinnitus characteristics,influencing factors and treatment strategies,in the hope to provide guidance for diagnosis and treatment of tinnitus.
