摘要
突发性耳聋是指在72小时内发生的听力损失,其至少在相邻的两个频率听力下降≥20dB HL,是一种常见的耳科急症,主要表现为突然发生的急性听力损失。了解并掌握影响突发性耳聋发展及预后的主要因素,对恢复患者听力、指导治疗、评估预后有重要意义。本文就近年来应用血液参数预测突发性耳聋发生发展和预后的研究进展进行综述。
Idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss(ISSHL)is defined as hearing loss of more than 20 dB HL at least at 2 consecutive frequencies occurring in 72h,which is a common otologic emergency presenting mostly as an acute hearing loss.It is of great importance to identify main factors that affect the development and prognosis of idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss so as to improve patients'hearing,guide treatment and evaluate outcomes.This paper reviews the possible role of hematological parameters in predicting the development and prognosis of idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss.
