鸟纲类生物鸡用于耳蜗毛细胞再生领域研究进展

摘要 耳聋是严重影响人类身心健康的一种常见疾病,耳蜗毛细胞的损伤或缺失是感音神经性耳聋发生的重要原因,治疗因耳蜗毛细胞损伤造成的感音神经性耳聋一直是耳科临床医生的难题。鸟纲类动物鸡在毛细胞损伤后,终生可以通过周围的支持细胞分裂增殖或直接分化成新的毛细胞而修复损伤。阐明鸡耳蜗毛细胞再生的分子机制意义重大,对寻找有效的干预靶点,解除阻断哺乳动物内耳毛细胞再生的机制具有非常重要的借鉴意义。本文对鸡耳蜗毛细胞损伤模型建立,再生毛细胞的生理功能与再生机制研究进行综述。 Deafness is a common disease that seriously affects physical and psychological wellbeing in humans.Damage or loss of cochlear hair cells is an important cause of sensorineural deafness.Treatment of sensorineural deafness caused by cochlear hair cell damage has always been a thorny clinical problem to otologist.Avian birds can repair hair cell damage through either proliferation or direct differentiation into hair cells of surrounding supporting cells.Understanding the molecular mechanism of chicken cochlear hair cell regeneration is very important,and can be of great significance and can provide guidance to finding effective intervention targets and unblocking the mechanism of inner ear hair cell regeneration in mammals.In this paper,we reviewed models of chicken cochlear hair cell injury,and summarized physiological functions of regenerated hair cells and regeneration mechanisms.
