改变世界是人在处理与世界关系时的最高使命,是人类维持生存与发展的终极能力。改变世界主要是改变世界的存在状况和价值属性,改变世界应遵循目的性、计划性、反馈性三个基本原则,应综合采用物质、能量、信息三个基本手段,改变世界的基本要求是改变事物的整体性,具体途径是改变其要素构成、结构形式、功能表现、环境状况。改变世界的本质是破旧立新。改变世界与解释世界是对立统一过程。

To change the world is the highest mission for human beings to deal with world relations and the ultimate ability for human beings to survive and develop. To change the world is mainly to change the way of existence and value of the world. It should follow three basic principles-intention,plan and feedback. The material,energy and information of the three basic measures should be taken together.The basic thing about changing the world is changing its system characteristics. The specific method is to change the components,structure,function,performance and environment conditions. Changing the nature of the world is new. Changing the world and explaining the world are the process of opposing and unifying.
