系统哲学视角下的协同论与“通实力”研究

Synergy Theory-based Research on Communication Power

当今国际社会,和平与发展成为时代主题,国家之间联系愈发频繁,同时也存在着很多国际问题,它们错综复杂,影响着世界安定,在这个竞争与合作并存的国际环境,需要一种全新的国家实力理论引领世界发展。本文以系统哲学为理论,结合协同论思想对"通实力"国家实力理论进行研究,首先挖掘协同论中"通"的思想,然后构建"通实力"层次系统,并最后以系统思维与协同思想对"通实力"建设进行建议指导。

In today’s international society,peace and development have become the theme of the times. The links among countries have become more frequent. At the same time,there are many international issues affecting the stability of the world. In this international environment where competition and cooperation coexist,a new theory of state power is needed. This paper takes system philosophy as the theory and combines the theory of synergy to study the theory of "Communication power"of state power. It firstly excavates the idea of "communication"in synergy theory,then constructs the hierarchy system of "Communication power",and finally takes system thinking and synergy Suggestions for the construction of "Communication power".
