摘要
高校"三全育人"作为一种涉及多主体、多环节、多要素、多层次的复杂育人模式,是一个典型的CAS系统。从CAS理论的视角审视,适应性主体是高校"三全育人"系统生成发展的原动力;聚集是高校"三全育人"系统生成发展的基本特性;标识是高校"三全育人"系统生成发展的导向机制;非线性相互作用是高校"三全育人"系统生成发展的内在动力;流的畅通是高校"三全育人"系统生成发展的必备条件;多样性是高校"三全育人"系统生成发展的重要条件;内部模型与积木组合是高校"三全育人"系统生成发展的长效机制。
Education by All Member,Overall Process,Comprehensiveness is a typical complex adaptive system. From the perspective of the theory of CAS,its mechanism of generation and development can be summarized as: adaptive Agent is the fundamental driving force;aggregation is the basic characteristics;tagging is the guide;nonlinear synergy is the inner motive power;smooth flows are the necessary conditions;diversity is the important foundation;internal model and building blocks are the core mechanism.
