基于CAS理论的供应链社会责任协同治理机制研究

Research on Collaborative Governance Mechanism of Supply Chain Social Responsibility Based on CAS Theory

随着企业社会责任(CSR)缺失以及环境污染等一系列问题的提出,供应链社会责任(SCSR)的协同治理问题被提上了新的日程。而SCSR的治理是一个需要多主体协同的复杂系统。基于此,本文将复杂适应系统(CAS)理论运用到SCSR治理问题中,通过界定SCSR的系统边界,分析其系统复杂适应性特征,并分别从微观和宏观层面分析SCSR协同治理的内部自适应运行模式和外部的选择性运行模式,进而从内、外两方面提出了SCSR的协同治理机制,从而为SCSR的治理提供新的思路和方法。

With the emergence of a series of problems such as the lack of corporate social responsibility( CSR) and environmental pollution,the issue of collaborative governance of supply chain social responsibility( SCSR) has been put on a new agenda. Governance of SCSR is a complex system that requires multi-agent collaboration. Based on this,this paper applies the complex adaptive system( CAS)theory to the SCSR governance problem. Then the system boundary of SCSR is defined,and the complex adaptive characteristics are analyzed. The internal adaptive operation mode and the external selective operation mode of SCSR collaborative governance are analyzed from the micro and macro levels. Finally,the collaborative governance mechanism of SCSR is proposed from both internal and external aspects,which provides new ideas and methods for the governance of SCSR.
