高新技术企业创新绩效的系统动力学分析——基于知识溢出的视角 被引量:10

System Dynamics Analysis of the Innovation Performance of High Technology Expertise——Based on the Perspective of Knowledge Spillover

摘要 知识溢出是高新技术企业创新绩效持续增长的外部源泉,对企业创新绩效产生重要的外部效应。从系统论分析知识转移受知识存量系统、知识吸收系统和知识研发系统的作用,本文从知识溢出视角分析三大系统对高新技术企业创新绩效的影响,引入系统动力学建立动态模型仿真分析相关影响因素及三大系统作用机制。结果表明,知识吸收系统和知识研发系统知识量的增加促使企业知识溢出,增加了企业知识存量,企业创新绩效增长,同时明晰了企业创新绩效增长的各种途径。通过本研究可丰富现有高新技术企业创新管理理论,并提供更多的实践方法;同时促进传统制造业更快向创新型制造业转型。 Knowledge spillover is an external source for the continuous growth of innovation performance of High Technology Expertise,which has important external effects on the innovation performance.Based on the systems theory that knowledge transfer is influenced by the knowledge stock system,knowledge absorption system and knowledge research and development system,this paper analyzes the impact of the three systems on the innovation performance of High Technology Expertise from the perspective of the knowledge spillover,and introduces the system dynamics to establish dynamic model simulation analysis of relevant influencing factors and the three systemic mechanisms. The research shows that the increase of knowledge absorption system and research and development system promotes the growth of knowledge spillover,increases the stock of enterprises’ knowledge and causes the growth of the innovation performance,at the same time,it clarifies the various ways of increasing the innovation performance.Through this research,it enrich the innovation management theory of existing High Technology Expertise and provide more practical methods. At the same time,this research will promote the transformation of traditional manufacturing industry into innovative manufacturing industry.
