摘要
按照句法特点,明喻分为简单明喻句和复合明喻句;依据语序特征,明喻归纳为4大语序。本研究从功能语法的角度对这四类语序进行动态分析,探索出英语明喻句的四大功能:凸显重点信息,体现结构平衡,语篇衔接,强调和对比功能。从语序和功能的角度研究英语明喻,能帮助学生建构良好的英语认知模式,为二语习得研究提供一个新的思路。
In light of syntactic characteristics,simile is divided into simple and compound patterns.Based on the word order of these patterns,four major categories are summed up and four functions of these patterns are then explored,namely conveying the key information,reflecting the structural balance,playing an important role in textual discourse cohesion,emphasizing and contrasting.The study of English similes from the perspective of word order and function can help students to construct a good English cognitive model and provide a new idea for the study of second language acquisition.
