高校科研团队显性知识与隐性知识共享机制研究综述

A Review on the Sharing Mechanism between Explicit Knowledge and Implicit Knowledge of Scientific Research Innovation Teams in Colleges and Universities

高校科研创新团队作为创新体系的主力军,成员间的知识共享是团队具有持续竞争力的关键因素。通过对国内外关于团队知识共享的相关文献进行整理综述,从知识共享机制、显性知识与隐形知识共享两角度分析关于知识共享的研究进展,在此基础上,未来可以从科研团队负责人对创新团队的影响作用,知识共享成本与团队创新绩效等方面展开研究。

University scientific research team is the main force of the innovation system.Knowledge sharing among the members is the key factor to keep the team competitive.The author summarizes the relevant literature on team knowledge sharing at home and abroad,analyzes the current research progress of knowledge sharing from the perspectives of knowledge sharing mechanism,explicit and implicit knowledge sharing.On this basis,we can study the influence of scientific research team leader on innovation team,knowledge sharing cost and team innovation performance in the future.
