摘要
立足智慧馆员胜任力特征,引入生物学双螺旋结构,构建智慧图书馆馆员胜任力模型,旨在为提高智慧图书馆人力资源质量提供参考。文章以文献内容分析和冰山理论为基础提取胜任力要素,采用专家咨询、网络预调研等方式修正胜任力要素并编制调查问卷,借助探索性因子分析对问卷数据降维,借鉴双螺旋结构构建最终胜任力模型。智慧图书馆馆员胜任力模型由基础知识、技术技能、社会技能构成的外显胜任力主链以及个人品质、思维认知、核心素养构成的内隐胜任力主链交织而成,两条主链以馆员选拔、教育、评估与培训等实践活动为酯键实现连接,并在此基础上提出模型运行思路。
Based on the competency characteristics of smart librarians,the biological double helix structure is introduced to construct the competency model of smart librarians in this paper,aiming to provide references for improving the quality of human resources in smart libraries.Based on literature content analysis and iceberg theory,the competency factors were extracted,by expert consultation and network pre-survey,and the questionnaire was prepared.The dimension of the questionnaire data was reduced by exploratory factor analysis,and the final competency model was constructed by referring to the double helix structure.Smart librarians competency model is composed of the main chain of explicit competence composed of basic knowledge,technical skills,and social skills,and the main chain of implicit competence composed of personal qualities,thinking cognition,and core literacy.The two main chains are based on Librarian selection,education,evaluation and training and other practical activities realize the connection of ester bonds,and on this basis,the idea of model operation is proposed.
