22种常见先煎中药饮片的煎煮吸水率研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究先煎中药饮片的煎煮吸水率。方法:选取22种常用的先煎中药饮片,含毒性植物根类、质地坚硬的动物介壳类、矿石类,分别加水浸泡,回流煎煮,依次进行一煎(含先煎)、二煎。分别测量得液量,计算饮片的煎煮吸水率。结果:饮片的煎煮吸水率一煎(含先煎)普遍大于二煎,但珍珠母、石决明、煅石决明、煅瓦楞子除外。一煎(含先煎)吸水率数值分布:植物类大于169.3%,介壳类、矿石类为23.3%~104.0%。二煎吸水率除煅石决明高达129.3%之外,其余为6.0%~44.0%。结论:22种先煎中药饮片的吸水现象主要发生在一煎(含先煎)阶段。所测得的吸水率为中药特殊煎煮标准制定及煎药机条件下煎液体积控制提供依据。 Objective To study water absorption rate of first-decocted Chinese medicinal decoction pieces after decocting.Method 22 kinds of common first-decocted Chinese medicinal decoction pieces were choson,including toxic plant roots,hard animal shells and mineral.Each kind of decoction pieces was added water and immersed,then reflux decocting for the first time(include first-decoct),second time in turn.The volume of each decoction was measured,water absorption rate was caculated.Results The water absorption rates of decoction pieces in the first time decocting were grater than the second time decocting,excepr for Margaritifera Concha,Haliotidis Concha,calcined Haliotidis Concha,calcined Arcae Concha.Data distribution of water absorption rates in the first time decocting were:plants above 169.3%,animal shells and mineral s between 23.3%to 104.0%.The water absorption rates of the second time decocting were between 6.0%to 44.0%,except that the calcined Haliotidis Concha s was 129.3%.Conclusio The water absorption phenomenon of 22 kinds of first-decocted Chinese medicinal decoction pieces major occur in the first time decocting.The water absorption rates obtained in the test provide a basis for standards setting of special decocting of traditional Chinese medicine and the volume control of decocion in condition of decocting machine.
