Professor Zhang Xikui s Experience in the Treatment of Chronic kidney Disease

张喜奎教授认为慢性肾脏病多与脾肾亏虚、固邪留驻有关,为本虚标实证,应以“扶正祛邪”为核心思想,结合疾病特点与肾脏病六经规律,从辨病、辨证出发,合理运用益肾健脾与解毒化瘀、利水降浊诸药加减,以指导临床治疗。其中大黄附子汤对厥阴病后期脾肾阳虚型慢性肾衰竭疗效良好。

Professor Zhang Xikui thinks that chronic kidney disease is mostly related to deficiency of spleen and kidney and retention of pathogenic factors.It is based on the principle of“strengthening the healthy and eliminating pathogenic factors”and combined with the characteristics of the disease and the six meridians of kidney disease.Based on disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,we should reasonably use the herbs of benefiting the kidney,strengthening the spleen,detoxifying and removing blood stasis,benefiting water and reducing turbidity to guide the clinical treatment.Among them,Dahuang Fuzi decoction has a good effect on chronic renal failure of spleen kidney yang deficiency type in the later stage of Jueyin disease.
