中药联合耳穴压豆治疗肝火亢盛型高血压病30例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 30 Cases of Hypertension with Hyperactivity of Liver-fire Treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Auricular Point Pressing Beans

目的:观察中药联合耳穴压豆对肝火亢盛型高血压病的临床疗效。方法:选取肝火亢盛型1级高血压病患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组给予耳穴压豆治疗,观察组给予天麻钩藤饮加耳穴压豆治疗,持续治疗1周。观察中医证候疗效和两组治疗前后血压变化。结果:观察组中医证候总有效率为56.67%,显著高于对照组的30.00%(P<0.05);两组治疗后血压都有所下降(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论:采用中药联合耳穴压豆对肝火亢盛型原发性高血压病能起到良好治疗作用,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect on hypertension of liver-fire hyperactivity typewith traditional Chinese medicine and auricular points.Method The 60 patients with grade 1 hypertension of liver-fire hyperactivity type were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases each.The control group was treated with the auricular points,and the observation group was treated with with Tianma Gouteng Yin and auricular points for 1 week.The effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome and the change of blood pressure were observed after treatment.Result The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the observation group was 56.67%,which was significantly higher than 30.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The blood pressure of the two groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with auricular point can play a good role in the treatment of primary hypertension with hyperactivity of liver-fire,which is worth popularizing.
