浙江省与“一带一路”中东欧17国经贸合作现状、问题及对策

Current Situation And Problems of Economic And Trade Cooperation Between Zhejiang Province And The 17 Central and Eastern European Countries Along The Belt and Road

浙江省是全国“一带一路”建设的排头兵,“17+1合作”是浙江省推进“一带一路”建设的重要平台和抓手。浙江—中东欧17国经贸合作总体呈现“一高四化”特征;从产业间贸易看,出口兼顾技术密集型行业与劳动密集型行业,进口偏向资源密集型行业;从国别看,波兰、希腊与捷克是浙江省最为重要的贸易伙伴。尽管浙江—中东欧17国经贸合作势头良好,但仍面临贸易结构单一、高技术行业竞争力不强、贸易国别过于集中、经贸合作不确定性增大等问题。下一步,要从优化贸易结构、提升贸易竞争力、改善贸易国别分布、多措并举防控风险等四方面着力,进一步推动浙江—中东欧经贸合作向好发展。

Zhejiang province is one of the leaders in building The Belt and Road."17+1 cooperation"is an important platform and link for Zhejiang to promote the building of the belt and road.The economic and trade cooperation between Zhejiang province and the 17 central and Eastern European countries shows five characteristics.Export industries are both technology intensive and labor-intensive,while the import industries are resource-intensive.Poland,Greece and Czech Republic are the most important trade partners of Zhejiang Province.Although the economic and trade cooperation between Zhejiang province and the 17 central and Eastern European countries has a good momentum,it still faces many problems such as the single trade structure,the weak competitiveness of high-tech industries,the concentration of trade countries,and the increasing uncertainty of economic and trade cooperation.In the next step,efforts should be made to optimize the trade structure,enhance the trade competitiveness,improve the distribution of trade countries,and take multiple measures to prevent and control risks,so as to further promote the economic and trade cooperation between Zhejiang province and central and Eastern Europe.
