医院外科住院患者辅助用药分析

Analysis of the adjuvant drugs using in surgical inpatients in hospital

目的分析江苏省连云港市第二人民医院外科住院患者辅助用药情况,为辅助用药的临床合理使用及管理提供参考。方法采用回顾性调查法,利用医院PASS临床药学管理系统,随机抽取2019年1-6月江苏省连云港市第二人民医院外科住院患者病历600份,分析其辅助用药情况。结果600份病历中,用药合理486份占81.00%,不合理114份占19.00%。不合理类别占比前三位是超适应证用药、超疗程用药及联合用药不适宜。600份病历中药品不良反应66份,不良反应类型排名前三位是皮肤损伤(24.24%)、循环系统损伤(21.21%)、消化系统损伤(19.70%)。结论医院外科住院患者辅助用药存在不合理使用现象,需加强管理。

Objective To analyze the clinical use of auxiliary drugs in surgical inpatients in the Second People’s Hospital of Lianyungang,Jiangsu Province,to provide references for the rational clinical use and management of auxiliary drugs.Methods A retrospective survey was conducted to analyze 600 medical records of surgical inpatients using adjuvant drugs in the Second People’s Hospital of Lianyungang,Jiangsu Province from January to June 2019 from PASS clinical pharmacy management system of hospital.Results Among 600 medical records,486 cases were reasonably used,accounting for 81.00%,and 114 cases were irrational accounting for 19.00%.The top three irrational categories were ultra-indication use of medication,the ultra-course use of medication and the unsuitable combination medication.There were 66 adverse drug reactions in 600 medical records,the top three adverse reactions were skin injury(24.24%),circulatory system injury(21.21%),and digestive system injury(19.70%).Conclusion There is an unreasonable use of adjuvant drugs in surgical inpatients in a certain hospital,so it is necessary to strengthen the management.
