摘要 目的筛选和优化桑蒺颗粒中原药材的提取工艺及制备工艺进行。方法采取正交试验,以芦丁的含量及醇提浸出物的得率作为醇提工艺的评价指标,以绿原酸的含量及水提浸出物的得率作为水提工艺的评价标准,以颗粒的成型率作为制备工艺的评价参数。结果桑蒺颗粒中醇提工艺最优加乙醇量为10倍,乙醇浓度为70%,且回流1 h;水提工艺最优为加8倍量水,且煎煮3次,提取时间为60 min;选择糊精作为桑蒺颗粒的辅料,乙醇浓度为65%制备工艺为最优,且颗粒成型率较高。结论优选桑蒺颗粒中原药材的最佳提取工艺及制剂成型工艺稳定可行。 Objective To optimize the extraction and preparation technology of central plains medicinal herbs of Sangji granules.Methods By orthogonal experiment,the content of rutin and the yield of alcohol extract were taken as the evaluation indexes of the alcohol extraction process,the content of chlorogenic acid and the yield of water extract were taken as the evaluation criteria of the water extraction process,and the molding rate of particles was taken as the evaluation parameters of the preparation process.Results The optimum ethanol extraction process was 10 times of ethanol,70%of ethanol,and reflux for 1 h;The optimal water extraction process was to add 8 times the amount of water and cook it for 3 times,and the extraction time was 60 min;Dextrin was selected as the auxiliary material of mulberry bramble granules,the concentration of ethanol was 65%,the preparation process was optimal and the particle forming rate was higher.Conclusion The optimum extraction process and preparation molding process of Sangji granules were stable and feasible.
