急性胰腺炎患者156例治疗药物应用分析

Analysis of the application of therapeutic drugs in 156 patients with acute pancreatitis

目的了解昆山市中医医院急性胰腺炎(AP)患者的治疗药物应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法选择2016年1月-2018年12月昆山市中医医院脾胃肝胆科收治的AP患者156例,分析患者中药饮片、抗菌药物使用情况及联合用药情况。结果 156例患者治疗药物中中药饮片以清热药、利水渗湿药、理气药为主;抗菌药物以头孢唑肟、头孢他啶、奥硝唑为主;联合用药中,2种抗菌药物联合应用较多;77例患者存在无指征预防性使用抗菌药物或用药不合理。结论医院AP患者治疗药物的选用、治疗方案的选择基本合理,抗菌药物使用中存在无指征用药、过度用药问题,应加强对抗菌药物的管理,促进临床合理用药。

Objective To understand the application of therapeutic drugs for patients with acute pancreatitis( AP) in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Kunshan,and provide references for clinical rational use of drugs. Methods A total of 156 AP patients admitted to the Department of Spleen,Stomach and Hepatobiliary,Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Kunshan from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected. Analyzed the use of Chinese herbal medicines,antibacterial drugs,and combined use. Results Chinese herbal medicines for treatment of 156 patients were mainly heat-clearing drugs,water-diffusing and dampness-permeating drugs,and Qi-Regulating drugs. Antibacterial drugs were mainly ceftizoxime,ceftazidime,and ornidazole. In the combination of drugs,the combination of two antibacterial drugs was more widely used.77 patients had unindicated preventive use of antibacterial drugs or unreasonable medication. Conclusion The selection of therapeutic drugs and treatment options for AP patients in this hospital are basically reasonable. There are problems of unindicated and over-drug use in the use of antibacterial drugs. The management of antibacterial drugs should be strengthened to promote clinical rational use of drugs.
