氧疗联合复方桐叶烧伤油在宫颈癌放射性皮炎中的应用效果观察

Observation of application effect of oxygen therapy combined with compound tongye burn oil in cervical cancer radiation dermatitis

目的研究氧疗联合复方桐叶烧伤油在宫颈癌放射性皮炎中的应用效果。方法选取2017年5月至2017年10月本科室采用适行调强放疗出现放射性皮炎的宫颈癌患者60例,按患者出现放射性皮炎的日期随机分组,单数日期的患者设为研究组,双数日期的患者设为对照组,各30例。对照组采用复方桐油治疗,观察组采用氧疗联合复方桐油治疗。比较两组治疗后临床疗效和创面愈合时间。结果两组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组创面愈合时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组轻度疼痛率明显高于对照组,重度疼痛发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后,治疗组愈合时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论氧疗联合复方桐叶烧伤油能提高放射性皮炎的治愈率,缩短放射性皮炎的愈合时间,临床效果良好,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of oxygen therapy combined with compound Tung leaf burn oil in radioactive dermatitis of cervical cancer.Methods 60 patients from May 2017 to October 2017 with the date of emergence of radioactive dermatitis in our department during the radiotherapy of cervical cancer were randomly divided into two groups,patients of the singular date were as the study group,patients of the double date iwere as the control group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with compound Tung leaf burn oil.The patients in the study group were treated with oxygen therapy combined with compound tung leaf burn oil.After treatment,the clinical efficacy and wound healing time between the two groups were compared.Results There was significant difference in the clinical effect between the two groups(P<0.05).The clinical effect of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The difference of wound healing time between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the healing time in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.After treatment,the mild pain rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the severe pain rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Oxygen therapy combined with compound Tung leaf burn oil can improve the cure rate of radiation dermatitis and shorten the healing time of radiation-induced dermatitis,which is worthy of popularization and application.
