摘要
目的分析呼吸窘迫综合征患儿采用CPAP呼吸机联合氨溴索进行治疗的临床效果及对动脉血气的影响。方法选择2017年5月至2019年5月在本院接受治疗的72例呼吸窘迫综合征新生儿病历,以随机分组的方式分为对照组和治疗组,各36例。对照组单纯采用CPAP呼吸机进行治疗;治疗组采用CPAP呼吸机联合氨溴索进行治疗。比较两组患儿治疗期间并发症、治疗总有效率、累计接受氧疗时间和住院治疗总时间、治疗前后动脉血气分数水平。结果治疗组患儿治疗期间并发症仅有1例,少于对照组的6例;治疗组治疗总有效率为91.7%,高于对照组的69.4%;治疗组累计接受氧疗时间和住院治疗总时间短于对照组;治疗组治疗前后动脉血气分数水平的改善幅度大于对照组;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论呼吸窘迫综合征患儿采用CPAP呼吸机联合氨溴索进行治疗,能够大幅度改善血气分数相关指标水平,减少相关并发症,缩短治疗时间,显著提升治疗总有效率。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of CPAP ventilator combined with ambroxol in children with respiratory distress syndrome and its effect on arterial blood gas.Methods 72 neonates with respiratory distress syndrome who were treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with CPAP ventilator alone,the treatment group was treated with CPAP ventilator combined with ambroxol.The complications during the treatment,the total effective rate of treatment,the total time of oxygenation and the total time of hospitalization,and the level of arterial blood gas before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results There was only 1 case of complication in the treatment group,which was less than 6 cases in the control group.The total effective rate of treatment of the treatment group was 91.7%,which was higher than that of the control group(69.4%).The total time of oxygen therapy and hospitalization of the treatment group was shorter than those of the control group.The improvement of arterial blood gas fraction before and after treatment of the treatment group was greater than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Children with respiratory distress syndrome treated with CPAP ventilator combined with ambroxol can significantly improve blood gas score related indicators,reduce related complications,shorten treatment time,and significantly improve the total effective rate of treatment.
