妊娠期甲状腺功能减退症与妊娠期高血压疾病的发病关系探讨

Discussion on the relationship between hypothyroidism and hypertensive disease during pregnancy

目的探讨分析妊娠期甲状腺功能减退症与妊娠期高血压疾病的发病关系。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2018年12月本院收治的49例妊娠期高血压孕产妇设为研究组1,49例妊娠期甲状腺功能减退症孕产妇作为研究组2,另外选择同时期49名妊娠期健康孕产妇设为对照组,比较3组血压、血脂、血糖、以及甲状腺水平,研究组1和对照组甲状腺功能减退症的发病率,研究组2和对照组高血压的发病率。结果研究组1和研究组2血压、血脂、血糖、以及甲状腺水平与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组血压、血脂、血糖、以及甲状腺水平比较差异无统计学意义,研究组1甲状腺功能减退症发病率高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组2高血压发病率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期甲状腺功能减退症与妊娠期高血压疾病有密切的相关性,临床对于有甲状腺功能减退症的孕产妇要密切注意孕产妇血压,对于存在高血压的要密切注意孕产妇的甲状腺激素水平,及时进行干预,以改善母婴结局。

Objective To investigate the relationship between hypothyroidism and hypertensive disease during pregnancy.Methods Retrospective analysis of 49 hypertensive pregnant women admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 was set up as a research group 1,49 pregnant women with hypothyroidism during pregnancy were selected as research group 2,and 49 healthy pregnant women were selected as control groups during the same period.Comparing blood pressure,blood fat,blood sugar,and thyroid levels in 3 groups,the incidence of hypothyroidism in research group 1 and control group was analyzed,and the incidence of hypertension in research group 2 and control group was analyzed.Results There were significant differences between blood pressure,blood lipid,blood sugar,and thyroid average and control group in research group 1 and research group 2(P<0.05),but there were no differences in blood pressure,blood lipid,blood sugar,and thyroid level between the two groups.The incidence of hypothyroidism in research group 1 was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of hypertension in research group 2 was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a close correlation between hypothyroidism during pregnancy and hypertensive disease during pregnancy.Clinical attention should be paid to maternal blood pressure for pregnant women with hypothyroidism,and maternal thyroid hormone levels should be closely monitored for hypertension,and timely intervention should be carried out to improve maternal and infant outcomes.
