摘要
马克思在《资本论》中阐述的企业权力关系理论本质上是其创立的唯物史观的基本分析框架“生产力决定生产关系”原理在企业层面的具体运用,系统回答了劳资关系背后的决定性因素源于生产资料所有权与劳动力所有权的力量对比,其结果不仅形成了初始的企业内部权力配置状况,而且决定了企业内部权力配置及其治理制度是一个动态的演化过程。这为构建新时代中国特色社会主义和谐劳资关系、促进劳资双方共享企业发展成果提供了重要指导。
Theory of Corporate power relation is the application of the principle that“Productive forces determines production relations”in corporate,which holds that the decisive factor behind the labor-capital relation depends on the balance of power between ownership of means of production and ownership of labor.Thus,the initially internal power allocation rose,and the internal power allocation the governance system are always in a dynamic evolution process.This provides a clear idea for the construction of harmonious labor-capital relation under socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era and sharing enterprise development achievements in the new era.
