摘要
泛连接蛋白(pannexins,Panxs)是一类在脊椎动物中存在,编码缝隙连接蛋白的基因家族,与非脊椎动物连接蛋白Innexin具有25%~33%的序列同源性。Panxs分为三个亚型:Panx1、Panx2和Panx3。Panxs在细胞膜上形成半通道,与ATP释放、Ca2+稳态、神经递质释放、细胞凋亡、免疫反应等密切相关。近年来,Panxs在听觉功能方面的作用受到人们的关注,也存在很大的争议。本文将对耳蜗内Panxs的表达及功能做一综述。
Pannexins is a gene family that exists in vertebrates,encodes gap-connected proteins,and has 25%-33% sequence homologousness with inirrnexin,another group of gap junction protein in nonvertebrates.Pannexins are divided into three subtypes.Panxl,Panx2 and Panx3.Pannexins form hemichannels on the cell membrane and are closely related to ATP release,Ca2- homeostasis,neurotransmitter release,apoptosis,immune response,etc.In recent years,the role of Panxs in auditory function has attracted much attention,and there is also a great deal of controversy.This paper will describe the expression and function of Panxs in the cochlea.
