基于长江沿岸24城市的城市物流绩效评价

Based on the Performance Evaluation of Urban Logistics in 24 Cities along the Yangtze River

长江沿岸24城市紧邻长江黄金水道,位于长江经济带内,其物流绩效评价对于新时代现代化经济体系建设具有重要的意义。通过文献梳理、中国物流学会专家咨询以及专家调查,构建长江沿岸24城市物流绩效评价指标体系。从政府、企业官方网站搜集客观指标数据、网上问卷星搜集主观指标数据。经效度和信度检验,计算城市物流绩效指数。结果表明,长江沿岸24城市物流绩效差异较大,总的来说,东部地带城市物流绩效较高,中部和西部地带城市较低;二线及以上城市物流绩效较高,三线及以下城市物流绩效较低。最后从物流基础、营商环境、运营水平、智慧物流、可持续发展等五方面提出了长江沿岸24城市物流绩效提升策略。

The 24 cities along the Yangtze River are adjacent to the golden waterway of the Yangtze River and located in the Yangtze River economic belt. Their logistics performance evaluation is of great significance for the construction of modern economic system in the new era. Through literature review, expert consultation and expert investigation by China Logistics Association, the performance evaluation index system of logistics in 24 cities along the Yangtze River was established. Collect objective index data from official websites of government and enterprises, and collect subjective index data from online questionnaires. The city logistics performance index was calculated by means of validity and reliability test. The results show that the logistics performance of the 24 cities along the Yangtze River varies greatly. In general, the logistics performance of the cities in the eastern region is higher, while that in the central and western regions is lower. The logistics performance of second-tier and above cities is higher, while that of third-tier and below cities is lower. Finally, the paper puts forward the strategies for improving the logistics performance of 24 cities along the Yangtze River from five aspects, including logistics foundation, business environment, operation level, smart logistics and sustainable development.
