摘要
某单层工业厂房预应力混凝土双T板普遍存在承载力不足引起的弯曲裂缝及剪切裂缝且挠曲过大。经现场检测和计算分析,屋面修缮引起的超载是导致双T板开裂下挠的原因。分析双T板的损伤状况,并对其进行了加固处理,效果良好。
In a single-storey industrial plant,pre-stressed concrete double T slabs generally have bending cracks and shear cracks caused by insufficient bearing capacity and excessive deflection.After on-site inspection and calculation analysis,the overload caused by roof repair is the cause of the cracking and deflection of the double T plate.The damage condition of the double T plate is analyzed,and the reinforcement treatment has a good effect.
