顶管顶进过程中的环境影响数值模拟研究

摘要 通过建立简化的地层模型,对苏州某引水工程的顶进过程进行三维有限元分析。绘制施工中地表在纵向和横向的变形曲线,得出在机头前2.5D(D为管道外径)处土体开始出现隆起,横断面方向距轴心5D范围内土体沉降量较大,达总沉降量的67%。分析顶推面压力、管土摩擦系数、静止土压力系数对土体沉降变形的影响,为顶管施工提供指导建议。 The 3D finite element analysis of the pipe-jacking of a water diversion project is carried out by establishing a simplified formation model.The longitudinal and lateral deformation curves of the surface during construction were drawn,and it reflected that the soil began to heave at 2.5D(D is the outer diameter of the pipe)in front of the machine head,and the soil settlement was large within 5D from the direction of the cross-section to the axis,up to 67%of the total settlement.The influence of surface pressure,friction coefficient and static earth pressure coefficient on soil settlement and deformation is analyzed.
