摘要
以广州某老旧厂房翻新改造工程为例,建立有限元模型,设置一种开裂分离后的"裂缝单元",代表不同时间点墙体开裂分析后的状态,计算得出收缩徐变效应下建造45年内的应力发展情况。根据破坏原因,有针对性地提出提高构件变形刚度和阻断干燥收缩路径的维修加固方法,以减小因收缩徐变量过大引起的结构破坏。
This paper takes the renovation project of an old factory building in Guangzhou as an example,establishes a finite element model,sets up a"crack unit"after cracking and separation,representing the state of the wall after cracking analysis at different time points,and calculates the construction under the shrinkage and creep effect stress development in 45 years.According.to the cause of the damage,a targeted repair and reinforcement method to improve,the deformation stiffness of the component and block the drying shrinkage path is proposed to reduce the structural damage caused by the excessive shrinkage and creep variable.
