摘要
目的探讨哮喘并发呼吸道病毒感染患儿免疫学特征。方法选取2016年12月—2018年12月江苏省盱眙县人民医院收治的哮喘患儿80例,根据其是否并发呼吸道病毒感染分为无病毒感染组(n=36)和病毒感染组(n=44);选取同期来医院门诊健康体检儿童60例作为对照组,对比三组患儿的免疫学特征。结果三组血清T淋巴细胞亚群比较,CD3^+、CD8^+表达水平病毒感染组>无病毒感染组>对照组(P<0.05);CD4^+·表达水平病毒感染组<无病毒感染组<对照组(P<0.05);CD4^+/CD8^+水平无病毒感染组、病毒感染组<对照组(P<0.05),无病毒感染组与病毒感染组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组血清NE比较,病毒感染组<无病毒感染组、对照组(P<0.05),无病毒感染组与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组肥大细胞TLR1、TLR2、TLR4比较,病毒感染组<无病毒感染组<对照组(P<0.05)。三组PCT、CRP、IL-4表达比较,病毒感染组>无病毒感染组>对照组,各组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论哮喘并发呼吸道病毒感染患儿存在一定程度上的T淋巴细胞亚群紊乱、肥大细胞水平升高、炎症指标升高等免疫学指标异常。
Objective To investigate the immunological characteristics of children with asthma complicated by respiratory virus infection.Methods 80 children with asthma treated in the hospital from December,2016 to December,2018 were selected.60 healthy children undergoing physical examination in the hospital were selected as the control group.Children with asthma were di⁃vided into virus-free infection groups according to whether they had concurrent respiratory viral infection(n=36)and virus-infect⁃ed group(n=36),the immunological characteristics of children in the three groups were compared.Results The results are as fol⁃lowing,in comparison of serum T lymphocyte subgroups in the three groups,CD3^+/CD8^+expression levels virus infection group>no virus infection group>control group(P<0.05);CD4^+expression level virus infection group<no virus infection group<control group(P<0.05);CD4^+/CD8^+level virus-free infection group,virus infection group<control group(P<0.05);there was no differ⁃ence between virus-free infection group and virus infection group(P>0.05).In comparison of three groups of serum NE,virus in⁃fection group<no virus infection group,control group(P<0.05).There is no difference between the virus-free infection group and the control group(P>0.05);in comparison of TLR1,TLR2 and TLR4 of mast cells in three groups,viral infection group<no virus infection group<control group(P<0.05);in comparison of PCT,CRP and IL-4 expression,viral infection group>no vi⁃rus group>control group,there was difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Children with asthma complicated with respiratory virus in⁃fection have abnormal T lymphocyte subsets,elevated mast cell levels,and elevated immune parameters,such as elevated inflamma⁃tion indicators.
