对比分析质子泵抑制剂与H2受体阻断剂在胃食管反流病中的效果

Comparative Analysis of the Effect of Proton Pump Inhibitor and H2 Receptor Blocker in Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

目的对比分析质子泵抑制剂与H2受体阻断剂在胃食管反流病中的效果。方法选取2017年2月—2018年1月在南阳市第二人民医院进行治疗的胃食管反流病患者94例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各47例。对照组患者采用法莫替丁进行治疗,观察组患者采用兰索拉唑进行治疗,观察分析两组患者临床疗效及24 h食管pH的监测情况。结果观察组患者疗效总有效情况比率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者24 h食管pH监测情况显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者有害反应情况相差不大,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结 论 质子泵抑制剂与H2受体阻断剂在胃食管反流病的治疗中具有一定的效果,其中质子泵抑制剂的临床疗效更好,可明显控制患者的病情发展,且安全性较高。

Objective To compare the effect of proton pump inhibitors and H2 receptor blockers in gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods 94 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease from February,2017 to January,2018 were randomly divided into control group(n=47)and observation group(n=47).The patients in the control group were treated with famotidine,and the pa⁃tients in the observation group were treated with lansoprazole.The clinical efficacy and 24 h esophageal PH monitoring in the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,24 hours esophageal PH monitoring in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in harmful reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Proton pump inhibitor and H2 receptor blocker have certain effect in the treatment of gastroesophageal re⁃flux disease.Proton pump inhibitor is more effective in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.Proton pump inhibitor can obviously control the development of the patient,and the safety is higher.
