腹腔镜根治术对结直肠癌患者血清白介素水平的影响

Effect of Laparoscopic Radical Surgery on Serum Interleukin Levels in Patients with Colorectal Cancer

目的研究腹腔镜根治术对结直肠癌患者血清白介素水平的影响。方法将2017年8月—2019年8月中山大学附属第三医院粤东医院收治的直肠癌患者80例依据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组使用开腹结直肠癌根治术治疗,观察组使用腹腔镜根治术治疗。对比分析两组的手术相关指标。研究两组患者炎性因子水平变化。结果观察组住院时间、手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量低于对照组,胃肠功能恢复时间早于对照组;术后1周,两组CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平均降低,且观察组水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用腹腔镜根治术治疗结直肠癌可显著降低IL-6水平,降低CRP升高幅度,利于术后机体免疫系统稳定,对促进患者恢复具有积极影响。

Objective To study the effect of laparoscopic radical surgery on serum interleukin levels in patients with colorec⁃tal cancer.Methods 80 patients with rectal cancer treated in the hospital from August,2017 to August,2019 were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The controlgroup were treated with open radical colorectal cancer,and the observation group were treated with laparoscopic radical surgery.Comparative analysis of surgical related indicators between the two groups was done to study the changes of inflammatory factors in two groups.Results The hospitalization time and operation time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was lower than that of the control group,and the recovery time of gastrointestinal function was earlier than that of the control group.1 week after operation,the levels of CRP,TNF-α,and IL-6 in both groups de⁃creased.The observation group level was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of laparoscopic radical mastectomy for colorectal cancer can significantly reduce the level of IL-6,and reduce the increase of CRP.It is beneficial to promote the stability of immune system,and has positive influence on patients’recovery.
