摘要
目的观察血红蛋白电泳联合地贫基因检测在地中海贫血诊断中的临床应用价值。方法选择2017年3月—2019年2月期间来韶关市第一人民医院就诊的210名地中海贫血患者为观察对象,然后随机分为对照组(n=105)和观察组(n=105),同期入院体检健康患者210例为(阴性对照组),对照组则单纯实行血红蛋白电泳进行分析,观察组给以血红蛋白电泳联合地贫基因检测分析。分别对各组患者的疑有α-地中海贫血、β-地中海贫血、总有效检测率以及不同标本中血红蛋白指标(HbA、HbA2、HbF)进行对比。结果(1)观察组α-地中海贫血、β-地中海贫血的总有效检测率(96.19%)明显高于对照组(47.61%)(P<0.05);(2)α-地中海贫血组和β-地中海贫血组HbF的含量高于阴性对照组(P<0.05);β-地中海贫血组HbA2的含量显著高于阴性对照组(P<0.05),并且阴性对照组HbA的含量均显著高于α-地中海贫血组和β-地中海贫血组(P<0.05)。结论血红蛋白电泳联合地贫基因检测在地中海贫血患者诊断中能有效著提高地中海贫血检出率,具有良好的效果,可作为地中海贫血患者的首选措施与方法。
Objective To observe the clinical application value of hemoglobin electrophoresis in the diagnosis of thalassemia.Methods 210 patients with thalassemia,who visited the hospital from March,2017 to February,2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=105)and observation group(n=105).210 cases(negative control group)were randomly divided into control group.The rate of thalassemia,the total effective rate of detection,and the hemoglobin index(HbA,HbA2,HbF)in different specimens were compared.Results(1)The total effective rate(96.19%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(47.61%)(P<0.05).The content of HbA2 in the P-Mediterranean anemia group was significantly higher than that of the negative control group(P<0.05),and the content of HbA in the negative control group was significantly higher.It was higher than that ofα-thalassemia group andβ-thalassemia group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hemoglobin electrophoresis combined with thalassemia gene detection can effectively improve the detection rate of thalassemia in patients with thalassemia,and has good effect.It can be used as the first choice for patients with thalassemia.
